1. After the previous order dated 16.4.2012 learned senior counsel Mr K.M. Patel appearing for the appellants submitted, on instruction, that the appellants would manage to deposit Rs. 5,00,000/- before this Court to establish their bona fides, unconditionally and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. Therefore, appellants are directed to deposit Rs. 5,00,000/- before the Registry of High Court on or before 09.8.2012 and after such deposit is made, NOTICE shall be issued to the respondent No.1 in each appeal, making them returnable on 27.8.2012. It is clarified that the amount deposited as aforesaid may be awarded by way of costs and/or may be ordered to be paid towards the amounts of gratuity required to be paid to the respondents.
