JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.R.Govindaraj has come to this Court seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent-Commissioner, Corporation of Chennai to dispose of his representation dated 20.10.2016 for issuance of license for running the bunk shop on the line of Jawaharlal Nehru Road, by the side crescent Granates, near bus stop, 123/6, 100 feet road, Koyambedu, Chennai for selling tea, coffee, snacks and fast food.
2. P.V.Selvakumar, learned standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the second respondent.
3. This Court, considering the limited relief, without going to the merits of the matter, hereby directs the second respondent-Commissioner, Corporation of Chennai to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2016 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
