Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Shri Ravi Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the Opposite Party and perused the material available on record.
By means of this writ petition, petitioner has made a prayer to expedite the Original Suit No.04 of 2005 (Reshma Devi Vs. Kishan Lal & Others), which is pending before learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Munsif Hawali, Aligarh within stipulated time period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit has been instituted in the year 2005 and only issue has been framed as yet and defendant lingers on the proceedings on one or the the other pretext.
Learned counsel for the Opposite Party has no objection to the same.
In view of the prayer made, it appears appropriate to direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Munsif Hawali, Aligarh to expedite the Original Suit No.04 of 2005 (Reshma Devi Vs. Kishan Lal & Others) as expeditiously as possible, preferably without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties within a period of one year.
