This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order dated 01-09-2018 produced at Annexure-A passed in execution case No.484/2018 (in SC No.754/2014), by the Court of the III Addl. Judge and MACT, Bengaluru on IA filed under order XXI Rule 97 R/W Section 151 of CPC by the petitioner/objector on 08-06-2018, and consequently allow IA No.2 herewith produced as Annexure-C & etc.
These Petitions coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.Sachin V.R., learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.S.R.Hegde Hudlamane, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. Learned counsel for the parties along with the parties are present.
3. Learned counsel for the parties have presented a compromise petition and have stated that the parties have compromised the matter on the terms and conditions mentioned in the compromise petition. The compromise petition is duly signed by the parties as well as the counsels and the parties who are present before this Court stated that they have understood the contents of the compromise petition and have signed the same.
4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, these petitions are disposed of on the terms and conditions contained in the compromise petition.
