JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.(MD) No.8218 of 2015 dated 14.05.2015.
2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that in compliance with the direction of this Court, the respondent initiated enquiry, but on three occasions viz., 21.08.2015, 18.09.2015 and 04.11.2015, the petitioner has not chosen to appear for the enquiry.
4.In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
