Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case Crime No. 18 of 2013 (State Vs. Ravindra and others), under Sections- 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Mahila Thana, District- Mathura.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the informant. She has approached this Court for expediting the trial. Trial is of the year 2013, since the proceedings of the trial was stayed by this Court in Application U/s 482 No. 25666 of 2014 and although the same has been dismissed on 02.11.2017, but as yet the charges have not been framed in the trial.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to frame the charges in the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
