This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned first information report dated 21.3.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 0620 of 2018, under Sections 307, 506, 120B I.P.C., P.S.- Sahibabad, District-Ghaziabad.
At the very outset, Sri Arunendra Kumar Singh, learned AGA apprised to the Court that in the present matter charge-sheet has been submitted before the competent court, as such, the writ petition itself rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the same.
Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
