The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below to decide Original Suit No.367 of 2015, instituted by the petitioner against the defendant-respondent within specified time frame.
Counsel for the petitioner states that written statement has been filed but the court has yet not framed issues in the suit.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is of the year 2015, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
