This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.(MD) No.4377 of 2014 dated 14.07.2014.
2.The matter pertaining to allegations made against the Vice-President of Village Town Panchayat by the President of the said Village Town Panchayat regarding certain irregularities committed. The Writ Petition was disposed of by directing to consider the representation. As of now, the term of Office of Vice-President and President is over.
3.Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
