Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this writ petition, petitioner prays for a direction to the learned court below i.e. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Allahabad to decide the 6CApplication dated 29.10.2020 filed in Original Suit No.285 of 2020 (Razi Ahmad Khan Vs. Syed Wahid Ali), which is pending before him within stipulate time period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is urgency with regard to 6C application moved in aforesaid suit.
In view of the prayer made, it appears appropriate to direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Allahabad to decide the 6C application dated 29.10.2020 filed in Original Suit No.285 of 2020 (Razi Ahmad Khan Vs. Syed Wahid Ali) as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of four months.
