Civil Judge and JMFC Court, Mysuru referring the complaint filed by R2 as per P.C.No.99/2015, to the Police under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. for the investigation; quash the complaint and IFR in Cr.No.74/2015 of Nazarbad Police Station, Devaraja Sub- Dvn., Mysuru pending on the file of the III Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC and all further proceedings in the said case, etc.
This Criminal petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioners files a Memo for withdrawal of the petition.
2. The Memo is placed on record. In view of the said Memo, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2015 for stay does not survive for consideration and is accordingly dismissed.
