It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the order virtually for the execution of which the present Public Interest Litigation has been filed has come to be stayed by this Court today in Writ Petition No. 18902 of 2019.
In view of the above factual position, there remains nothing to interfere in the present Public Interest Litigation.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed and consigned to record.
