Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the contesting respondents.
By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to consider the representation dated 16.10.2020 of petitioner as per rule and fix category of work done to the petitioner.
It is expected that the aforesaid application/representation shall be duly considered by respondent no. 3 as the case may be provided a copy of this order is produced before the aforesaid respondent within a period of fifteen days from today and the same shall be disposed of by reasoned and speaking order within six weeks next after presentation of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition is disposed of.
