With regard to the Suit No. 729 of 2005 which was clubbed with Original Suit No. 1075 of 2006, a direction was given by this Court that the two suits had to be decided as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of that order.
Learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the judgement of this Court was brought to the notice of the Court below on 25.4.2011.
The Court below is given one more opportunity to comply with the order of this Court.
This Court trusts that the above mentioned suits which have been consolidated would be decided within the next six months from today. Adjournments shall be granted only under very pressing circumstances that too after imposing heavy costs on the party seeking adjournment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
