1. Heard Sri Kuldeep Singh Yadav, learned counsel for applicant and perused the record.
2. This bail application has been moved by accused-applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 917 of 2016, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun.
3. Applicant was definitely employed as Manager in a Company which defrauded poor people by squandering their hard earned money and thereafter Company has absconded. The allegations levelled against applicant are serious in nature. Hence, looking to entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
