Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the Non Bailable Warrant dated 30.01.2019 passed by Additional District Judge, Court No.15, Allahabad in Session Trial No.15 of 2011 (State Vs. Vinay Kumar Shukla and others), arising out of Case Crime no.422 of 2008, under Sections 323, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3(1)(10) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Handia, District Allahabad, pending in the court of Additional District Judge, Court No.15, Allahabad.
After having very carefully examined the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the material brought on record, this Court find that there is no justification for quashing the prosecution of the aforementioned case.
The application lacks merit and is accordingly, dismissed.
