This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the FIR dated 2.3.2018 registered as Case Crime No.106 of 2018, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506, 354 IPC, P.S.
Bhelupur, District Varanasi.
Learned A.G.A. has pointed that in this matter charge-sheet has been filed, hence the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid statement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
