Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
The State is alleged to be constructing the road on account of which the shop of the petitioner may be demolished or there may be destruction to certain part of property belonging to the petitioners.
Petition was filed in the month of March 2021. The petitioner has made an alternative prayer requesting this Court to issue mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 03.03.2021 moved by the petitioner.
The State Counsel conveys this Court that if representation of the petitioner has not yet been decided, the Authority shall decide the same.
It is observed that if possible he will see that road, which is being constructed may not damage the property of the petitioners, during the interregnum period, if already not damaged.
With these observations, present petition is disposed of.
