This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.(MD) No.13845 of 2015 dated 04.08.2015.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has secured the necessary relief before the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD) No.35 of 2016 dated 05.02.2016, filed by the petitioner herein and therefore, submits that the contempt petition may be closed.
