Heard Sri Arjit Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the Complaint Case No. 2086/2017 dated 31.07.2017 (Surendra Singh vs. Ratnesh and another) u/ss. 354, 504, 506 IPC, PS. Saurikh, District Kannauj as well as summoning order dated 24.08.2018 passed by A.C.J.M., Chhibramau, Kannauj.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that that both sides have received injuries and there are cross reports of the incident in question.
After having heard learned counsel for the parties present and perused the impugned order as well as the material brought on record, I am of the view that the impugned order is based upon relevant considerations and supported by cogent reasons, the same does not suffer from any irregularity, illegality or jurisdictional error, hence no interference is required by this Court. The prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
