The grievance of the petitioner is that the Restoration Application filed on 20.9.2019 by the petitioner for the recall of the order dated 18.9.2019 was not being decided.
Since the suit is of the year 1981, a direction is being issued that the Restoration Application being Restoration Application No.295 of 2019 be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
