Adhvaryu, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition at this stage with a view to preferring appropriate proceedings against the impugned order, particularly Revision Application under Section 29 of the Bombay Rents Hotels and Lodging House Rates Control Act, 1957.
2. The permission to withdraw the petition is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
3. It would be open for the petitioner to make appropriate application seeking condonation of delay, if there be any delay in preferring the Revision Application and seek appropriate relief under Section 14 of the Limitation Act on the ground that the petitioner was prosecuting present petition since February/April-2009 until now.
4. With the aforesaid clarification, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn at this stage.
