BALAKRISHNA - AGA) …RESPONDENTS THESE WRIT PETITIONS ARE FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS NO.2 AND 3 TO FORTHWITH TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE RESPONDENTS 6 AND 7 AS SOUGHT FOR BY THE PETITIONERS IN THEIR REPRESENTATION DATED 30.10.2017 VIDE ANNEX-G1 AND G2, ETC., THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R None for the petitioners.

2. The petitions are admitted for hearing.
Perused the records.
3. In these petitions, the petitioners inter alia seek for a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to forthwith take action against the respondent Nos.6 and 7 as sought for by the petitioners in their representation dated 30.10.2017 vide Annexures – G1 and G2 and direct the respondent Nos.2 to 7 not to threaten or harass the petitioners and not to go over to the lands of the petitioners comprised in Sy.Nos.4, 5, 6 and 7 of Varthur Narasipura Village, Tavarekere Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk, totally measuring 5 acres 5 guntas and the lands in Sy.Nos.7, 10 and 13 of Narasipura Village, Tavarekere Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk, measuring 9 acres 35 guntas and not to threaten the workers or labourers hired/deployed by the petitioners who are working in the said lands and not to demolish the compound wall erected in the said lands.
4. On going through the records, it is seen that that the writ petitions may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 30.10.2017 vide Annexures – G1 and G2 submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law.
5. On the other hand, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioners shall be dealt with in accordance with law, if not already decided.
6. In view of the submissions made and in the facts of the case, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioners, if not already decided, in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of.
