Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sanjai Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.2 and 3 and Shri Himanshu Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent no.4.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner, who claims herself to be a tenant of the secured assets, has challenged the order passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act').
It is to be noted that under Section 17(4-A) of the Act, the petitioner can file an application for determination of her rights.
Since the petitioner has efficacious statutory remedy available to her, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
