The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 31.08.2020 passed in Writ A No.6482 of 2020 (Smt. Rashmi Kashyap Vs. State of U.P. and others) as well as order dated 30.12.2020 passed in Contempt Application (Civil) No.4771 of 2020 (Smt. Rashmi Kashyap Vs. Dr. Sarika Mohan, Director, Bal Vikas Seva evam Pustahar, U.P., Lucknow).
An affidavit of compliance was filed by Sri K. R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on behalf of the opposite party, same is taken on record. It is stated in the affidavit of compliance that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
