By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court with the prayer that a direction be issued to the authorities to conduct postmortem on a dead body which is stated to have been buried.
No such direction can be issued as neither there is any F.I.R. nor any complaint. By means of this prayer the petitioner wants exhumation of the body and that the postmortem be conducted.
The writ petition is misconceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
