(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) As per the endorsement of the Registrar (Judicial), this matter is assigned by Honourable the Acting Chief Justice to the Division Bench presided over by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice V.M. Sahai. Thereafter, there is no further endorsement for placing the matter before the regular Bench taking up such matters.
