1. Heard Mr. Lal Mani Tripathi, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
2. Grievance of petitioner is that private persons are interfering or attempting to take possession in her peaceful possession. In this regard, she has made a representation before District Magistrate and Senior Superintendent of Police, District Kanpur Nagar, but no decision has been taken by them.
3. When questioned, learned counsel for petitioner could not place any provision under which officials of District Administration may interfere in private property dispute of private individuals by granting any kind of injunction restraining one or the other party in one or the other way. This remedy is available by filing suit for injunction in common law.
4. Writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
