It appears that the petitioner, although has been granted compassionate appointment but B.T.C. certificate has not been issued to her as the second semester and fourth semester mark- sheets are incomplete. According to the petitioner, the Principal DIET has already forwarded the claim of petitioner to the Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority on 28.10.2017 but she has not been issued duplicate mark-sheet. It is stated that the respondents are questioning the petitioner's compassionate appointment itself on such ground.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of, permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 in respect of his grievance, noticed above, alongwith certified copy of this order as well as fresh comprehensive representation, annexing all materials in support of his claim, including the letter of Principal DIET dated 28.10.2017. The concerned respondent shall examine the grievance of the petitioner and take necessary steps, as may be required in law, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
