1. Mr.
C.B.Raval, learned advocate for the applicant, upon instruction, at this stage, seeks permission to withdraw this application and requested that considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the concerned Sessions Court may be directed to expedite the trial of the case and further requested that liberty of the applicant may be reserved to apply for bail in future.
2. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The instant application stands disposed of, reserving liberty of the applicant to apply for bail in future and considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and dispose of the case in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within 9 months from the date of receipt of communication of this order.
