Heard Mr. Pandav, learned advocate for the applicant.
2. The applicant - original respondent No.1 has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief/direction:-
"10(B) to fix the early date of final hearing and to hear the Special Civil Application No.28923 of 2007;"

Having regard to the averments made in the application and considering the submissions made by Mr. Pandav, learned advocate for the applicant, and also taking into consideration the fact that present opponent - writ petitioner has challenged the order dated 16.4.2007 passed by the learned Gujarat Secondary Education Tribunal in Application No.269 of 1998, the office is directed to list the petition in the cause list of Final hearing, according to its seniority, in the category of matters preferred against the order passed by the learned Gujarat Secondary Education Tribunal .
4. With the aforesaid observations and direction, present application stands disposed of.
