Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R. K. Maurya, learned AGA for the State and Sri Raj Karan Patel, respondent no. 9 appeared in person.
From perusal of the record, it appears that corpus - Ranjeet Vishwakarma has not yet been recovered and the police is making all out efforts for recovery of the corpus on account whose missing the present habeas corpus writ petition has been filed.
Having heard the learned counsel for all the parties concerned and having perused the record, we dispose of the present habeas corpus writ petition with a direction to the SSP, concerned to personally look into the matter and monitor the investigation and to ensure that the investigation of the case is done as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
It is being reiterated that the police authorities will make all efforts to recover the corpus - Ranjeet Vishwakarma.
