This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 3 & 4 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, District- Aligarh, and Station House Officer, Police Station-Khair, District-Aligarh to recover the petitioner's father namely Vijendra Singh, who is missed since 28.01.2021, since then the concerned police failed to recover him.
List revised. None appears for the petitioner, however, learned A.G.A. is present.
The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
