Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that the concerned courts below be directed to decide the Complaint Case No. 4296 of 2015, Bajrang Singh Versus Subhash Singh and others under sections 147, 323, 324, 504 I.P.C., Police Station Govind Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar within a stipulated period.
It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that Complaint Case No. 4296 of 2015, Bajrang Singh Versus Subhash Singh and others under sections 147, 323, 324, 504 I.P.C., Police Station Govind Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar is pending in the court of A.C.M.M.III, Kanpur Nagar since 2006 and case is pending for evidence since year 2011 but the trial has not been concluded so far.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the instant application is finally disposed off.
