Sri Vinod Kumar Yadav holding brief of Sri Bhola Nath Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent no. 7 has been appointed as fair price shop dealer of the village panchayat Sultanpur @ Lodhideeh, District Allahabad. The cause of action of this writ petition does not survive, and a fresh cause of action has arisen. This writ petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition on the fresh cause of action.
