Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 07.11.2019 passed by the Assistant Record Officer, Gorakhpur in Appeal No. 44 of 2010 under Section 27(3).
Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions received, has stated that against this very same order a revision filed before the Board of Revenue at Lucknow has been entertained being Revision No. 12594 of 2019.
It is therefore clear that against the order impugned, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy, which has not been availed.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of a statutory alternative remedy, which the petitioner may avail, in case so advised.
