1. The office has circulated a note dated 15.03.2012, wherein it is, inter alia, mentioned that:
"In this connection, it is respectfully submitted that learned advocate Mr. Pinakin N. Patel is appearing for the Petitioner in the aforesaid matter.
It is further submitted that learned advocate Mr. Pinakin N. Patel has filed a note; kept hereunder; for withdraw the aforesaid matter. He has also served the copy of the note to Government Pleader."
2. Besides the aforesaid note, today, when the matter is listed, at serial No.108 of cause list, learned Advocate Mr. Pinakin Patel is present and has submitted that his client Mr.Ramvir Omprakash Yadav is present and that his client Mr. Ramvir Omprakash Yadav has instructed him to withdraw the petition. The petitioner Mr. Ramvir Omprakash Yadav is present in the Court and Mr. Patel, learned Advocate has identified him. Mr. Yadav, the petitioner has also stated that he has instructed his Advocate to withdraw the petition.
3. The aforesaid request is accepted. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
