Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents State.
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction for restraining the private respondents from entering upon the land of petitioner.
It is contended that the land in dispute is an abadi land and private respondents are trying to encroach upon the said land.
As the relief sought in the writ petition is against the private respondents, writ petition is not maintainable. However, in case, petitioner wants to seek any relief, he may approach the authority concerned by invoking Section 144 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Writ petition is dismissed, accordingly.
