Heard learned advocate for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. Following aspects are considered :-
(i) The applicants are facing charges for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 452 of IPC and Section 25(1)(A) of the Arms Act and Section 135 of Bombay Police Act;
(ii) The attribution to the applicants is that of having caused hurt to witnesses on non-vital party of the body.
3. Considering the above aspects, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is allowed. The applicants are ordered to be released on bail in connection with Crime Register No. I-11 of 2010 of Kawant Police Station, Chhotaudepur, Dist. Vadodara on their executing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the lower Court subject to such conditions which the lower Court may deem fit to impose.
4. Rule is made absolute.
5. Direct service is permitted.
