JUDGMENT / ORDER

In view of the averments made in the applications, the prayer in terms of paragraph No. 4(A) to (C) is granted. The petitioner is permitted to serve the notice of admission of First Appeal Nos.634/2009 and 635/2009 upon respondents No.1 and 2 by publishing the same in local newspapers "Rajasthan Patrika", Rajasthan and "Amar Ujala", Agra (Uttar Pradesh).
Both the applications stands disposed of.
