The endorsement on the Board indicates that respondent No.5 has expired. As per order dated 7-3-2012 of this Court, the learned advocate for the petitioner had been requested to take steps for bringing the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased respondent on the record of the case. However, it seems that no steps have been taken so far.
There is another endorsement on the Board indicating that respondent No.1 is unserved as he is stated to be out of jurisdiction, as per the report of the Bailiff.
Let fresh notice be issued to respondent No.1, making it returnable on 4-5-2012. In addition to the normal mode of service, direct service is also permitted.
