List has been revised. No one is present from the side of revisionists and opposite party Nos. 2 and 3. However, learned A.G.A for the State is present.
Record shows that several opportunities have already been given to the revisionists but on the date fixed, no one was present nor adjournment was filed on behalf of revisionist.
This revision has been filed against the order dated 1.1.2004 and 8.1.2004 passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate (S.D.M) Badlapur, District Jaunpur, whereby notice under section 146(1) was issued in proceedings for preventing unauthorized possession.
From the perusal of the aforesaid impugned order, prima facie, no illegally or perversity has been committed by the concerned Magistrate in passing of the said order. It is also pertinent to note that since long time neither any one is appearing on behalf of revisionist nor for opposite parties No. 2 to 4.
The revision lacks merit and is dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
