1. Present application has been filed by the applicant under Section-482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 with a prayer to quash and set aside the order dated 15/03/2012 passed by learned 6th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaodara below Exh.21 in Criminal Application No.12084 of 2007.
2. Learned advocate Mr. B. S. Patel for learned advocate Mr. Chirag B. Patel appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application stating that he may be permitted to take the defence regarding the heirs at the appropriate stage.
