If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 18.12.2020 which was passed as per him exparte, he may file an application under Section 209(h) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Under such circumstances, no interference is, therefore, warranted in the writ petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
