Learned advocate for the parties suggested that since the dispute involved is matrimonial dispute and regarding the welfare of minor daughters, both the matters may be referred to Mediation Centre of this Court. Request as prayed for is granted. Both the matters are referred to Mediation Centre to explore the possibility of settlement.

Registry to list both these matters after the receipt of the report of the Mediation Centre.
