This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-
"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned list of allocation of reservation for the post of Gram Pradhan dated 20.03.2021 published by respondents with extent to Sl. No.30 Gram Panchayat Paliya Mahmoodpur, Block Badrao, Tehsil-Ghosi, District- Mau.
ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to re-allocate the rotation of the reservation for the post of Gram Pradhan of village Panchayat PaliyaMahmoodpur, Block Badrao, Tehsil Ghosi, District-Mau in accordance with law."
From the perusal of record, it appears that the petitioner had challenged the reservation for the post of Gram Pradhan as the election for the Gram Panchayat had already taken place in the Month of April, 2021. This writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
