Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.01.2018 passed by Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act (CBI) Court No.1, Ghaziabad in Special Case No. 03 of 2015 (CBI vs. Ram Singh Thakur and others).
After having heard learned counsel for the parties present and perused the impugned order as well as the material brought on record, we are of the view that the impugned order is based upon relevant considerations and supported by cogent reasons, the same does not suffer from any irregularity, illegality or jurisdictional error, hence no interference is required by this Court. The prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
