Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the third bail application.
Heard Sri Abhishek Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Jitendra Prasad Mishra holding brief of Sri Gyan Prakash, learned counsel for the respondent and learned AGA for the State.
This is a correction application for correction of the order dated 09.04.2019 passed by this Court.
Following necessary corrections be made in the order dated 09.04.2019 :-
Let figure "28.03.2019" which appears in the 2nd line of 2nd paragraph of the order dated 09.04.2019 be deleted, so as to be replaced by figure "28.03.2016" and figure "154" which appears in the 4th line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 09.04.2019 be deleted, so as to be replaced by figure "178" and Section "201" be added after Section 471 in the 4th line of 5th paragraph of the order dated 09.04.2019.
The order dated 09.04.2019 is corrected accordingly.
