The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is to decide the Recall Application dated 9.10.2014 pending in Case No. 128 of 2013 and 172 of 2013 (State vs. Ramdularey) for recalling of the order dated 12.7.2013 within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Recall Application dated 9.10.2014 pending in Case No. 128 of 2013 and 172 of 2013 shall be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
