Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioner has filed this petition for a direction upon Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No. 12, District Allahabad to decide interim injunction application paper no. 6C filed in Original Suit No. 193 of 2005 (Chhatthu Vs. Ramdei) pending before him within a stipulated period of time.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, as the interim injunction application is pending since 2005, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction the court concerned to consider and decide the said application in accordance with law most expeditiously, if possible, within six weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before the court concerned.
The writ petition is disposed of.
